My guess is, you’re totally feeling the quads and hamstrings workouts from the last 2 days, so today is a perfect day to release and rest those hip flexors, open them up, and totally reset your body from right smack in the middle!
Day 6: Hip Release
Today there are 2 parts, but it’s basically the same movement, just in different positions.
