Run Strong Mama

Run Strong Mama is a return-to-running program for new (and not so new!) moms.  If you've had a baby (at some point), you love to run, but you're not sure how to do it without peeing yourself, hurting yourself, having back pain, or feeling like your core is going to spill out in front...   fear not! You've come to the right place.  Run Strong Mama is for you!  It's for all mama runners, no matter if you're brand new to running, or a seasoned marathon runner.  Bottom line is your post-baby self needs a little help to get back to (or start!) running again strong, safe and pain free.  Running should be fun.  Running should be free.  Running should feel awesome. And that's how you'll feel again after this program!

I have been training with Suzanne for 2 years now and it has been a wonderful experience. After giving birth to my third child, I was diagnosed with diastasis and was having a considerable amount of pain especially when I worked out.
