As the founder of AlphaMamas, I understand the struggles you're facing. Like you, I experienced severe diastasis recti after the birth of my twins. Despite being an avid runner, fitness enthusiast, and personal trainer, I felt lost, frustrated, and helpless in my own body.
But I didn't let that stop me. With two newborns at home and no time, space, or tools to fix it, I took matters into my own hands. I devoted time to researching, learning, training, and developing the best programs possible to heal my body.
