Welcome to Day 9 of the Renew Your Body 12 Day Event!

Day 9: Core

We have arrived at everyone’s favorite day!  Let’s do a stair-step type movement that you can make harder or go easy.  You need a foam block or towel or pillow for this.

It’ll take you 2 minutes to complete, but your abs will be sore all day! 🙂
