Day 8: It’s Pelvic Floor Day!
A while back I did a mini series and dished out 3 exercises to help your pelvic floor go through its full range of motion so that it can begin to work, expand, and contract based on the natural load that it needs to carry.
Pro Tip: It doesn’t take much to strengthen the pelvic floor. Gentle, natural movements are best. Don’t try to overdo it – that may lead to tightness (aka leaking).
