Yesterday we tackled the feet, and hopefully you got some good massage/release work done to help wake up all those foot muscles!
Today we’re doing ankles. Ankle mobility is incredibly important for balance, for proper posture and alignment, and for proper squat patterns. Squatting correctly goes a long way to help strengthen and heal our core, so let’s be sure we’ve got the ankle mobility to support those good squats!
Today’s exercise may seem easy, but as you get into it, you’ll find it’s deceptively hard. 🙂
Try to do these ankle drills twice per day, once in the morning, and once right before bed or after a workout.
