Day 10: Arms and Upper Back
We’re nearing the end of the Renew Your Body 12 Day Event! We’re steadily climbing to the top, and today we’re tackling arms and upper body all in one, so that we learn how to move as a unit but also learn how to isolate and feel different muscles during normal movements.
This exercise is from the Tagalong Workouts found in the upcoming 100 Miles of Summer Walking Challenge. As seems to be the theme around here, this simple exercise is deceptively hard!
